I have plenty of wonderful things nearby that don't cost an arm and a leg, so that's a huge win for me. I think more people need to take that perspective in life.
I agree! There are many ways to enjoy oneself without taking a plane to foreign land or staying in a luxury hotel. But like you said, not many people have that perspective.

Yeah I think a lot of people are sadly hoodwinked into thinking that's the best way to do it. I think there are more people realizing it's largely some BS, but it's a slow process!
