29 sierpnia o 8:43 na Facebooku opublikowałem rolkę pokazującą taśmociąg prowadzący w kierunku Huty Katowice. Materiał jak każdy inny — ciekawy obiekt, kilka ujęć z drona i publikacja. Nic nie wskazywało na to, że właśnie ta rolka zostanie największym viralem w historii mojego profilu. 🚁🔥

Co ciekawe, nie wystrzeliła od razu. Wieczorem pierwszego dnia miała około 1,3 tys. wyświetleń. Dwa dni później rano było 3,2 tys., wieczorem już 10,1 tys. i wtedy zaczęło się robić naprawdę ciekawie...

The conveyor belt that unexpectedly took off 🏭

On August 29 at 8:43 AM, I published a reel on my Facebook profile showing a conveyor belt leading towards the Katowice Steelworks. Just another piece of content — an interesting industrial structure, a few drone shots and publish. Nothing suggested that this particular reel was about to become the biggest viral post in the history of my profile. 🚁🔥

Interestingly, it didn't explode immediately. By the evening of the first day it had around 1.3K views. Two days later it reached 3.2K in the morning and already 10.1K by the evening. That's when things started getting really interesting...

1 września rano licznik pokazywał 11,5 tys. wyświetleń. Około 16:45 było już 19,6 tys., a o 21:30 rolka osiągnęła 21 405 wyświetleń i 2380 aktywności! Facebook oznaczył ją jako wynik aż 3262% lepszy od mojego typowego posta. 😳

Wcześniejsze statystyki pokazywały również, że około 97% odbiorców stanowiły osoby, które nie obserwują profilu. Czyli rolka zdecydowanie wyszła poza moją dotychczasową społeczność i dostała dużą dystrybucję do nowych ludzi. Co równie ciekawe — opublikowanie kolejnej rolki, „Easy run”, wcale jej nie zatrzymało. Taśmociąg nadal jechał swoim torem. 😆🔥

Facebook stepped on the gas 📈

On September 1 in the morning, the counter showed 11.5K views. At around 4:45 PM it had already reached 19.6K, and by 9:30 PM the reel was sitting at 21,405 views and 2,380 interactions! Facebook reported that it was performing an incredible 3,262% better than my typical post. 😳

Earlier statistics also showed that around 97% of the audience were people who didn't follow the profile. The reel had clearly broken out beyond my existing community and was being distributed to a completely new audience. Even publishing another reel, “Easy run”, didn't stop it. The conveyor belt simply kept rolling. 😆🔥

Czy teraz ptaku_fotodron zmienia się w profil poświęcony taśmociągom? Nie. 😂

Traktuję ten wynik jako świetny viral, trochę szczęścia i ciekawą lekcję tego, jak nieprzewidywalne potrafią być social media.
Nie zamierzam na siłę szukać kolejnego „taśmociągu”. Dalej będą góry, infrastruktura, krajobrazy, sport, ciekawe miejsca i wszystko to, co od początku tworzy ptaku_fotodron. Praca u podstaw i robimy swoje. 🚁

Stan na 01.09.2026, godz. 21:30: 21,4 tys. wyświetleń — rekord profilu. I licznik nadal rośnie. 🔥

A viral is a viral — we keep doing our thing 🚁

Does this mean ptaku_fotodron is now becoming a conveyor belt profile? No. 😂

I see this result as a great viral moment, a bit of luck and an interesting lesson in just how unpredictable social media can be.

I'm not going to force myself to find another “conveyor belt”. There will still be mountains, infrastructure, landscapes, sports, interesting places and everything else that has made ptaku_fotodron what it is. Keep building, keep creating and keep doing our thing. 🚁

As of September 1, 2026, 9:30 PM: 21.4K views — a new profile record. And the counter is still going up. 🔥
