UN SABROSO ASADO, PARA DEGUSTAR-----A TASTY ROAST, TO BE TASTED
Hola a todos, si hay algo que me agrada son los encuentros familiar, por tal motivo y en la medida que se puede, compartimos un asado como el que se puede observar en la foto, porque contiene, asado en tira de costilla de carne de res, una pata y muslo, morcilla, molleja, chorizos caseros de carne de cerdo y de carne de res, picaña de carne de res, con el fuego que contiene, que lo mínimo, por una sola razón, para que se cocine muy bien y de esa manera sale jugoso y sabroso.
Como se puede ver las brasas son mínima, porque prendí el fuego con leños, por supuesto estos bien secos porque de esa manera, las brasas dan un mejor sabor a la carne que cocinamos, que en este caso la misma es la que mencione anteriormente, como dije los chorizo son de carne de cerdo, la cual es recomendable para estos casos, porque la misma es carne magra, por supuesto con el mínimo de condimentos, pero el detalle es que estén bien cocinados.
Pero si se recomienda que la carne en la parrilla se encuentre bien cocinada, así como la ven y a fuego lento para que salga bien jugosa, porque en este caso no en mucha cantidad, entonces es muy importante la cocción, mas cuando lo hacemos con brasas de leños.
Viéndolo amigos, como un asado para compartir, lo mas importante es pasarla bien y en familia.
