UN RICO GUISADO CON FIDEO MOÑITOS-----A DELICIOUS STEW WITH MOÑITOS NOODLES

Buenos dias a todos, teniendo en cuenta que ya a comenzado los primeros dias de frio,, bueno fresco, entonces que mejor que degustar un buen guisado con fideo moñitos y con carne de res, el cual es muy facil de elaborarlo, lo primero es colocar la olla en el fuego, luego le vertemos un poco de aceite, luego la cebolla, el ajo, y la carne de res, cuando esta dorada la misma,le agregamos agua caliente, para despues agregar un poco de salsa de tomate, cuando notamos que comienza a hervir todo, le agregamos mas agua caliente, para despues agregar el fideo antes mencionado, cuando el mismo esta blando es porque dicho guisado ya esta listo para degustar.

Una ves servido el mismo en los platos, va en gusto de cada uno en agregarle un poco de queso rallado, el cual lo deja con un rico sabor.

De esa manera degustamos este rico guisado, que por supuesto salio muy bien.
