TORTA INVERTIDA DE MANZANA-----UPSIDE-DOWN APPLE CAKE
Buenos dias a todos los seguidores de HIVE, siempre y en la medida que se pueda deseamos tener algo para la merienda, bueno en esta caso para la misma una rica torta invertida de manzana, la cual es muy facil de prepararla, teniendo como base principal la manzana propiemanete dicha, la misma para esta torta se la lava bien, bueno yo no le quito la cascara, de esa forma sale con mas sabor y se sabe que la vitamina de esta fruta esta en dicha cascara.
Para pewparar tomamos un volts, le agregamos la harina, huevo, leche, un poco de vainillin, luego como lo vemos se bate bien todo y una ves mesclado, tomamos el molde, le agregamos el azucar el cual lo calentamos hasta que quede el caramelo, le agregamos tambien la manzana cortada en julianas y luego volcamos lo del volts que ya esta bien mesclado y lo llevamos al horno.
Estando en el horno, pàra saber cuando esta bien cocinado, le introducimos un cuchillo y si sale bien seco, es porque ya esta todo bien cocinado.
