SOPA DE VERDURAS Y POLLO-----Vegetable and Chicken Soup

Buenos dias a todos, que bueno es cuando se disfruta del frio, bueno a mi manera me agrada, por el solo hecho de que la mayoria de los insectos de verano no aparecen, como por ejemplo mosquitos, moscas, moscardones, y otras alimanias, tambien porque podemos disfrutary muy bien de una sopa, como esta por ejemplo la cual la cocine en una basija, como lo vemos en la foto, una ves la basija en la hornalla de la cocina, le agregue agua, luego papa, batata, zapallo, zanahoria, ajo, cebolla, un caldo de gallina y el pollo trozado, para que se cocinen todo junto.

Asi que una ves cocinado, tenemos dos maneras de degustar esta comida, una es quitando las verduras las cuales las corte en trozos mas bien grandes con el pollo o la otra es degustar el caldo o sea la sopa con la verdura y el pollo triturado.
