SOPA DE GARRON DE RES O SEA DE VACA-----SOUP OF BEEF GARRON OR COW'S MILK

Muy buenos dias a todos. otra ves con el tema del frio, pero lo concidero una escusa, porque cuando el clima esta asi, que mejor que degustar una sopa, pero en este caso diferente por el solo hecho de que la misma es con garron de res o sea de vaca, dicha carne es muy importante amigos, porque la misma contiene mucho colageno, lo cual es imprrecendible para nuestro cuerpo, mas cuando pasamos los 60 años de eda, porque se sabe que dicho colageno es bueno para nuestras articulaciones.

La sopa propiamente dicha, se elaboro de la siguiente manera, en una olla agregamos un poco de cebolla, ajo, sal a gusto y la carne antes mencionada, luego de unos minutos de cocinarse, le vertemos un poco de agua, cebolla de verdeo, zanahoria rallada, caldo de carne y dejamos que se cocine bien todo, sabremos cuando esta cocinada la misma, cuando la carne esta blanda, es justo ahi cuando nos servimos como lo que se encuentra en la foto.
