ROMPIENDO EL HITO DE LOS DOMINGOS, CON UN BUEN ASADO----------BREAKING THE SUNDAY MOLD, WITH A GOOD BARBECUE

             Tengan todos ustedes un buen dia.

Referente al hito, con esto quiero decirles amigos que no
solamente se disfruta de un buen asado los dias domingos
tambien lo podemos hace un dia viernes como lo es hoy, tambien
con una rica ensalada.

Como lo dije amigos un buen asado, el mismo consiste en chorizo
casero, costilla de carne de res y costilla de carne de cerdo
como lo puden ver, esta ves el pollo lo dejamos descansar jaja.

Por supuesto que el mismo es cocinado en el horno electrico
mucho mas facil, referente a las ensaladas, esta es de tomate
cortado en julianas no muy gruesa y aguacate cortado en
fetas finas, el condimento es a gusto de cada uno.

Esta ensalada tambien tiene lo suyo, porque la misma contiene
pollo desmenusado, huevo duro, zanahoria rallada y repollo
condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.

Bueno como les dije el asado es una comida facil de preparar
y por cierto sale muy bien, lo teniamos como tradicion de
+compartirlo solamente los dias domingos, pero esta ves se
rompio esa tradicion.
