QUE BUENO ES CAMBIAR UN ASADO POR HIGADO CON PURE-----HOW NICE IT IS TO SWAP A BARBECUE FOR LIVER WITH MASHED POTATOES

Buenos dias a todos, es muy bueno cuando sabemos variar un poco las comidas, en este caso para el almuerzo y que mejor en preparar una comida con mucha energia, siendo esta higado de res, el cual lo cortamos en tiras no muy gruesas y para prepararlom agregamos aceite en una olla, luego cebolla, ajo, y sal a gusto, luego el higado antes mencionado, tambien morron o locote, una pisca de pimienta y pimentos rojo, lo revolvemos bien y luego dejamos que se cocine todo, quedando como se ve en la foto, la verdad me salio muy rico.

Para acompañar dicho hgado, prepare papa, las cuales una ves peladas, las corte en daditos y las agregue en una olla con agua y un poco de sal, cuando las mimas se cocinaron, le quite el agua y con un pisa papas, comence a preparar el pure, le agregue un poco de mantequilla y leche, luego de pisar todo dicho pure salio muy rico, para acompañar el higado.
