      PURE DE PAPAS, LA VERDAD MUY RICO.

Es sabido que con los dias como hoy, degustar una comida con
muchas calorias, como esta, hace mucho bien, tambien el pure
de papas al acompañar dicho puchero, es muy rico y bueno.

Para cocinar dicha comida, lo primero en agregar en la hornalla
de la cocina, en esta ocacion el disco, cuando el se calienta
muy bien, le vertemos un poco de aceite, luego le vamos agregando
la cebolla bien cortada, ajo y sal a gusto, revolvemos muy bien
todo, luego le agregamos la carne roja, en este caso osobuco de
carne res, bien acomodado, luego agregamos tomate, morron o
locote todo cortado bien pequeño, revolvemos bien y le agregamos
oregano y aji molido, tapamos y dejamos que se cocine un poco.

To cook this food, the first thing to add to the stove

Cuando notamos que la carne casi esta cocinada, le agregamos salsa
de tomate y hojas de laurel, revolvemos un poco para que se
integre bien la salsa de tomate, le agregamos batata y papa
cortada en julianas no muy gruesas, para que se cocine todo
con la salsa, tapamos dicho disco y una ves cocinado queda
como lo vemos en esta foto.

La verdad que degustar una comida de este estilo, en mi opinion
para los dias frescos, la misma es muy buena, bueno amigos referente al pure de papas, para preparar el mismo una ves
que le quitamos la cascara a las mismas, las agregamos en una
olla con agua calinte y una ves que estan blandas le quitamos
el aguam agregamos mantequilla y un poco de leche y sal a
gusto y la pisamos hasta obtener dicho pure, para acompañar
el puchero.

The truth is that tasting a meal of this style, in my opinion
for the cool days, it is very good, well friends regarding the mashed potatoes, to prepare it once that we peel them, we add
them to a pot with hot water and once they are soft, we remove
the water, we add butter and a little milk and salt to
taste and we mash it until we get that puree, to accompany
the stew.
