PREPARANDO POLLO AL ESPIEDO CON LEÑOS, PARA UN CUMPLEAÑOS, CON ENSALADA----- PREPARING CHICKEN SPIED ON FIREWOOD FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY, WITH SALAD
Buenos dias a todos, bueno amigos, como bien lo saben todos ustedes, la carne que es mas de mi agrado, la misma se trata del pollo, es asi que fuimos invitados a un cumpleaños, en donde se cocino un rico pollo al espiedo, pero este es diferente porque el mismo es con leños o sea todo natural y no solamente eso, es que salieron muy jugosos y como les dije muy rico.
Para acompañar todo esto se preparo ensalada de repolo morado cortado en hebras bien finas, lechuga, zanahoria y cebolla, condimentado con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
La verdad de este almuerzo, es que me dijieron que se cocinaria solamente pollo y de esta manera, asi que me dije, esto es lo mio, bueno aparte de cumplir con las informalidades, es bueno degustar algo asi.
