PREPARANDO CHIPAS PARA COMENZAR LA SEMANA-----PREPARING CHIPAS TO START THE WEEK

Buenos dias a todos, nuevamente comenzando la sema,a por lo tanto al ser hoy lunes primer dia de semana, que mejor que comenzar cocinando unas ricas chipas, las cuales se preparan de la siguiente manera, para la misma se necesita harina de almidon, queso, sal, huevo y leche.

En un volts, colocamos la harina antes mencionada, luego sal a gusto, huevos y le vamos vertiendo leche, para comenzar a amasar, despues vamos agregando queso fresco en porciones bien pequeñas, seguirmos amazando hasta que dicha masa tome consistencia, la dejamos descanasr un poco.

Lo siguiente es tomar porciones pequeñas de dicha masa, para comenzar a armar lo que serian las chopas propiamente dichas.

Tomamos un bandeja, le pasamos por la misma un poco de mantequilla, para que no se peguen dichas chipas, a las que vamos agregando, hasta completar la bandeja y luego la llevamos al horno a una temperatura media.

En donde se cocinan despacio y a la ves estas se van elevando, quedando todo termiando una ves que se cocinen las mismas, para luego quitar del horno, dejarlas que se enfrien, para despues degustarlas con un buen cafe con leche o matecocido con leche.

In where they are cooked slowly and at the same time these are rising, being all finished once they are cooked, then remove from the oven, let them cool, and then taste them with a good coffee with milk or matecocido with milk.
