POSTRE DE MARACUYA-----PASSION FRUIT DESSERT

Buenos dias a todos, a veces tenemos un poco de antojo, para cambiar un poco, entonces que mejor que preparar un poco de jugo de maracuya, sabemos que esta es una fruta oriunda de centro america y la misma tiene varios usos, tanto para preparar un jugo refrescante, como para postre varios, la verdad salen muy ricos y son un buen acompañantes tambien a la hora de la comida, para preparar el mismo utilizamos varias frutas a las que la cortamos por la mitad y lugeo con una cuchara le vamos quitando toda la pulpa, la agregamos en un volts, luego le agregamos agua a gusto, segun como queremos que salga fuerte o normal, azucar tambien a gusto, luego le agregamos hielo, quedando como se ve en la foto, el cual se sirve como si fuera un ponche.

Sabemos bien que estamos en temporada invernal, pero como aca en el norte, el calor es agoviante, que mejor que degustar algo asi, que por cierto salio muy rico.
