POLLO, RUCULA Y PAPA HERVIDA-----CHICKEN, ARUGULA, AND BOILED POTATOES

Buenos dias a todos los componentes de esta maravillosa plataforma social, de HIVE, como loeden ver y leer en mis publicaciones, siempre una comida diferente, bueno en la medida que puedo referente a las mismas, trato de dejarles la manera de preparar las mismas, como por ejemplo la comida para el almuerzo de hoy, la cual se trata de pollo al horno, con ensalada de rucula, tomate y tambien un poco de papa hervida, sabemos que el comer sano es muy bueno para nuestra salud, asi que para preparar dicho pollo, en una fuente le agrego un poco de mantequilla, luego dicho pollo bien condimentado, luego de estar cocinando lo corto en porciones, la verdad salio muy rico.

Luego en una holla le agrego agua y la llevo a la hornalla de la cocina, le agrego la papa cortada en daditos, cuando la misma esta blanda es cuando esta cocinada, le quito el agua y listo, mientras preparo la ensalada de rucula, la cual la corte bien fina, tambien tomate, le agrego aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, mesclo todo y listo para acompañar el pollo.

As you can see and read in my posts, I always prepare different meals, and as far as I can, I try to share how to prepare them, such as today's lunch, which is baked chicken with arugula salad, tomatoes, and a little boiled potato. We know that eating healthy is very good for our health, so to prepare this chicken, I add a little butter to a baking dish, then add the well-seasoned chicken. After cooking, I cut it into portions. It turned out really delicious.

Then I add water to a pot and put it on the stove. I add the diced potatoes, and when they are soft, they are cooked. I drain the water and that's it. Meanwhile, I prepare the arugula salad, which I chop very finely, along with the tomato. I add olive oil and salt to taste, mix everything together, and it's ready to accompany the chicken.
