POLLO, ENSALADA Y ZAPALLO-----CHICKEN, SALAD, AND PUMPKIN

Buenos dias a todos los componentes de esta gran plataforma social de HIVE, que bueno y que bien nos sentimos cuando de pronto llega el fin de semana como en esta ocacion, siendo domingo, en donde tenemos las opciones para prepararnos el almuerzo, el cual no siempre tiene que tratarce de carne roja o sea la carne de res, pues es asi que para dicho almuerzo prepare grille de pollo, de la parte de la pechuga, el cual se corte en churrascos y se los cocina en la placha de ambos lados, agregandole tambien huevo, cebolla y ajo, con sal a gusto, luego hervimos el zapallo, en una olla la cual la agregamos en la hornalla de la cocina con agua, le agregamos el zapallo cortado en trozos no mu grandes, cuando el mismo se cocino, le quitamos el agua y listo.

Para la preparacion de la ensalada, la cual se trata de tomate y lechuga, las cuales luego de lavarlas bien, las cortamos en trozos pequeños, le condimentamos con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, de esta manera se conforma un rico almuerzo de domingo.

Good morning to all the members of this great social platform of HIVE, how good and how well we feel when the weekend suddenly arrives, like on this occasion, being Sunday, where we have options to prepare lunch, which doesn't always have to be red meat, that is, beef. So, for this lunch, I prepared grilled chicken from the breast part, which I cut into strips and cooked on the grill on both sides, also adding egg, onion, and garlic, with salt to taste. Then, we boiled the pumpkin in a pot, which we placed on the stove with water, added the pumpkin cut into not very large pieces, and when it was cooked, we drained the water and it was ready.

For the preparation of the salad, which consists of tomato and lettuce, after washing them well, we cut them into small pieces, season them with olive oil and salt to taste, thus creating a delicious Sunday lunch.
