Hablando de comidas, la cual esta se trata de pollo al horno
con guacamole, ensalada y arroz, la verdad es una comida facil
de preparar y por supuesto la misma sale muy rica.

Speaking of meals, this one is about baked chicken.
with guacamole, salad, and rice, the truth is it's an easy meal
to prepare and of course it turns out very tasty.

El pollo para prepararlo, lo cortamos en porciones luego
tomamos una fuente a la que le agregamos mantequilla y luego
el pollo antes mencionado, preparando tambien la ensalada
de lechuga, rabanito y tomate, condimentada con limon y sal.

To prepare the chicken, we cut it into pieces and then
we take a dish to which we add butter and then
the aforementioned chicken, also preparing the salad
of lettuce, radish, and tomato, seasoned with lemon and salt.

Tambien para acompañar dicho pollo lo hacemos con guacamole
el cual lo hacemos con la palta o aguacate, morron o locote
cebolla, aceite y sal a gusto, lo cual lo agregamos todo en
una licuadora, luego de batirlo bien queda como lo vemos en
esta fotografia.

Also, to accompany the chicken, we make it with guacamole.
which we make with avocado, bell pepper,
onion, oil, and salt to taste, which we add all into
a blender, after blending it well it looks like we see in
this photograph.

Para cocinar el arroz, agregamos la olla en la hornalla de la
cocina, con agua luego cuando la misma esta caliente le agregamos
el arroz y cuando el mismo esta cocinado le quitamos el agua
y listo, le podemos agregar un poco de queso blando queda mas
rico.

To cook the rice, we place the pot on the stove.
kitchen, with water, then when it is hot we add
the rice and when it is cooked we remove the water
and that's it, we can add a bit of soft cheese,
it makes it tastier delicious.
