POLLO A LA CREMA, ARROZ Y ENSALADA-----CREAMED CHICKEN, RICE AND SALAD

Buenos dias a todos, treniendo en cuenta que soy amante de la ensalada, la cual no debe de faltar en cada comida, porsupuesto en la medida que se pueda, pan tostado cortado en rodajas, el pollo a la crema y tambien el arroz, la verdad esta comida contiene muchos nutrientes y fibras, bueno siempre y cuando no abusemos jajajaja, la verdad que tengo en cuenta que tenemos que comer para vivir y no vivir para comer.

Bueno para preparar el pollo, cortamos en este caso pechuga, en tiras finas, luego al cocinarlos le agregmos un poco de aceite, cebolla y un poco de ajo, cuando notamos que ya casi esta le vertemos crema de leche, luego un poco de pimienta y listo, el arroz luego de hervirlo bien lo colamos y ya esta, la ensalada en este caso lechuga bien cortada y zanahoria rallada y el pan bien tostado, la verdad todo salio muy rico.
