MARINERA CON ENSALADA, MANDIOCA Y BATATA-----Seafood with Salad, Cassava, and Sweet Potato

Buenos dias a todos, bueno la verdad este es un domingo diferente por el solo hecho de que la comida para el almuerzo, es diferente, siendo la misma marinera de carne de pollo, la cual preparamos de la siguiente manera, colocamos en un volts, huevos, harina, sal a gusto, mesclamos bien como si fuera una masa para panqueque, agregamos en el mismo la carne antes mencionada, luego la vamos quitando y la llevamos a la sarten para freirla, quedando como lo vemos en la foto.

Para acompar dichas marineras, lo hacemos con mandioca y batata hervida, luego una ensalada con repollo, tomate, cebolla morada. condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, mesclando bien todo.

Con la diferencia amigos que a las marinera a medida que las vamos consumiendo le agregamos limon a gusto, asi sale mas rico.

The difference, friends, is that with the marinara, as we eat it, we add lemon to taste—that makes it even tastier.
