LUNES, REJUNTADA PARA EL ALMUERZO-----Monday, get-together for lunch

Buenos dias a todos, cuando se habala de rejuntada, me refiero a que acudimos al frizer, el cual siempre conserva todo, con el unico detalle que tenemos que recalentar, pero para eso esta el microhondas, asi que un poco de pollo encontre, prepare una ensalada de remolacha, huevo y cebolla, tambien prepare un poco del arroz que me habia quedado una torrejitas y tambien mandioca o yuca frita.

Lo unico mas reciente y fresco es el fideo, el cual para cocinarlo, tome una olla le agregue agua caliente luego la coloque en la hornalla de la cocina y agregue el fideo revolviendo un poco, el cual una ves cocinado le quite el agua, le mescle con un poco de mantequilla y listo, la verdad un almuerzo muy rico.

Good morning everyone, when I say “rejuntada,” I mean we go to the freezer, which always has everything stored, with the only catch being that we have to reheat it—but that’s what the microwave is for. So I found some chicken, made a beet, egg, and onion salad, and also prepared some leftover rice, little fritters, and fried cassava.

The only thing that’s more recent and fresh is the noodles, which I cooked by putting them in a pot of hot water on the stove, stirring them a bit, and then, once they were cooked, draining the water and mixing them with a little butter. Honestly, it was a really delicious lunch.
