LLEGO EL DOMINGO Y EL ESPERADO ASADO-----SUNDAY ARRIVED AND THE LONG AWAITED BARBECUE

Buenos días a todos, como todos sabemos y teniendo en cuenta lo que siempre comento en mis post, referente a los fines de semana, o sea el día domingo, donde nos juntamos toda la familia, en donde compartimos un asado como el que se puede observar en la foto, porque bien sabemos que para todo asado, lo primordial o sea lo primero, es encender el fuego, como vemos en esta foto, también una ves que el mismo esta encendido, lo colocamos sobre el mismo la parrilla antes ,mencionada para que sea mas fácil limpiarla, hasta que dicho fuego convierta todo en brasa, para cocinar la carne.

Es muy bueno tomar como tradición, en la medida que se pueda , para degustar un asado, donde el mismo esta compuesto por, centro de entraña, riñón, una tira de asado de costilla, de carne de res, chorizo casero, chorizo relleno con queso, chorizo de Viena, pata y muslo de pollo, brocheta de corazón de pollo y lo infaltable, que es el pan cortado en rodaja y puesto en la parrilla de esa forma sale bien tostado, con el fuego que contiene, que es lo mínimo, para que se cocine muy bien la carne, de esa manera sale jugosa y rica, luego al cortar esa carne la cual es un manjar y la verdad muy tierna.

Bueno lo mas importante es tener las ganas de degustar el asado, junto a nuestros seres queridos y familia, por supuesto todo salió muy rico como en otras ocasiones.

It is very good to take as a tradition, as far as possible, to taste an asado, where the same is composed of, center of entraña, kidney, a strip of rib roast, beef, homemade chorizo, chorizo stuffed with cheese, Vienna sausage, leg and thigh of chicken, skewer of chicken heart and the infallible, which is the bread cut into slices and put on the grill that way comes out well toasted, with the fire that contains, which is the minimum, to cook the meat very well, that way it comes out juicy and rich, then to cut the meat which is a delicacy and the truth very tender.

Well, the most important thing is to have the desire to enjoy the asado with our loved ones and family, of course everything came out very tasty as on other occasions.
