GUISO DE FIDEO CON POLLO, EL MEJOR ALICIENTE PARA EL FRIO-----CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP: THE BEST REMEDY FOR A COLD

Buenos dias a todos, la verdad un guisado de fideo con pollo, el cual para cocinar, es agregar la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, luego verterle un poco de aceite, luego la cebolla, el ajo y luego el pollo trozado, que es mi carne preferida, por el sabor y porque sale bien tierna, se lo dora un poco el pollo agregamos agua caliente, la sal a gusto, revolvemos bien y dejamos que se vaya cocinando, cuando notamos que la carne y la verdura, mas la zanahoria ya esta casi blanda, agregamos el fideo, el cual no tarda en cocinarse, revolvemos y dejamos la olla con la tapa, una ves cocinado el fideo para que se asiernte bien todo.

De esa manera para un dia especial con un frio atenue, lo mejor es degustar un guisaado de esta indola, porque el miesmo la verdad es mucho mas rico.
