La verdad amigos si hablamos de compartir la mesa con la
familia un dia domingo, en lo personal concidero que es
lo mas lindo que pueda existir, porque es ahi en donde
nos volvemos a involucrar en nuestros que haceres, pero
mas cuando la comida del almuerzo sale muy rica, como lo
es este guisado de pollo, con arroz con asafran.

Para empesar a cocinar el mismo, es muy facil dado que al tener
la olla sobre la hornalla de la cocina, a la que le agregamos
un poco de aceite y comensamos, agregando cebolla cortada bien
fina, luego unos dientes de ajos, revolvemos bien para luego
agregarle el pollo cortado en trozos, revolvemos nuevamente y
le agregamos sal a gusto, especias varias, zanahoria cortada en
cubitos pequeños, cilantro y dejamos la olla tapada para que se
cocine bien todo agregandole muy poca agua y el asafran.

To start cooking it yourself, it's very easy since having
