FIDEO CON SALSA BLANCA Y POLLO-----Noodles with White Sauce and Chicken

Buenos dias a todos, teniendo en cuenta que finaliza la semana o sea es dia viernes, lo mejor para degustar es fideo el cual para cocinarlo lo hice de la siguiente manera, agregue una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le agregue agua, cuando la misma comienza su hervor, fui agregando el fideo y revolviendo muy despacio para que no se formen grumos, una ves que el mismo ya esta cocinado, lo siguiente es quitarle el agua, para luego agregar dicho fideo en una bandeja.

Por otra parte para preparar el pollo con salsa blanca, es de la siguiente manera, agregamos una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le vertemos un poco de aceite,gregamos el pollo cortado en daditos pequeños, luego le agregamos maizena, leche, sal a gusto y vamos revolviendo lentamente, hasta que quede como vemos en la fotografia o sea el pollo con el fideo.
