ESTOFADO DE CARNE DE RES CON ARROZ---BEEF STEW WITH RICE

Hola a todos, muy buenos dias, bueno como sabemos hoy es domingo, por ende siempre esta lo tradicional , me refiero al asado, para compartir en familla, pero en este caso, hoy degastaremos algo difernte, me refiero al estofado de carne de res con arroz, si hablamos de estofado el mismo se elaboro de la siguiente manera, colocamos una olla a la cual le agregamos un poco de aceite. luego la cebolla cortada bien fina, luego sal a gusto, un poco de pimienta y aji molido, luego cuando dicha cebolla esta dorada, le agregamos la carne de res, antes mencionada, tapamos dicha olla, cuando notamos que la carne esta blanda o sea cocinada, le agregamos tomate al natural, papa y un poco de agua, tapamos la misma, luego cuando notamos que la papa esta blanda, dicho estofado ya esta listo.

El arroz, para su copcion. tomamos una olla, le agregamos agua, cuando esta hgierve, le agregamos un poco de aceite, luego el arroz antes mencionado, sal a gusto, cuando este esta, lo colamos y agregamos a una fuente, luego servimos el mismo en cada plata y estofado a gusto.

De esta manera degustamos en familia este estofado de carne de res, con arroz la verdad muy sabroso y asi pasamos un domingo mas en familia.

The rice, for its copcion. we take a pot, we add water, when this hgierve, we add a little oil, then the rice before mentioned, salt to taste, when this, we strain it and add it to a source, then we serve the same one in each silver and stew to taste.

In this way we tasted in family this beef stew, with rice, the truth is very tasty and so we spent another Sunday with the family.
