ES BUENO EMPESAR UN AÑO ASI, CON UN RICO ASADO-----It's good to start the year like this, with a delicious barbecue.
Buenos dias a todos, amigos como bien menciono en el titulo de esta publicacion, donde hago referencia de comenzar el año degustando un rico asado, el cual consiste en tiras de asadode carne de res, las cuales como lo pueden ver se estan cocinando muy lentamente, porque asi sale mas rico y jugoso.

El detale es que al comenzar con este asado el mismo es muy poco, entonces que mejor en reforzar en dicha parrila con medio costillar entero y tiras de vacio es carne sola y todo es de carne de res.

La verdad que esmucho mas rico todavia si acompañamos dicha carne de res con una ensalada la cual contiene, cebolla, pepino y tomate, condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.

Como mencione es un domingo mas y porsupuesto muy especial, porque es el primer domingo del año, entonces es bueno comenzar asi.

Good morning everyone, friends. As I mentioned in the title of this post, I’m starting the year by enjoying a delicious asado, which consists of strips of beef that, as you can see, are cooking very slowly—because that’s how they come out richer and juicier.

The thing is, when you start this barbecue, there’s very little meat, so what better way to beef it up than to add half a whole rack of ribs and some flank steak strips—it’s all beef, nothing but beef.

The truth is that it’s even richer if we serve that beef with a salad containing onion, cucumber, and tomato, seasoned with olive oil and salt to taste.

As I mentioned, it’s just another Sunday, and of course a very special one, because it’s the first Sunday of the year, so it’s good to start like this.
