EMPANADAS CASERAS-----HOMEMADE EMPANADAS
Buenos dias a todos,es bueno degustar empanadas caseras, hervimos huevos para luego mesclar, con la carne cortada a cuchillo y luego cocinada, luego agregue a cada uno el huevo duro tambien bien cortado, mesclando bien todo, una ves teniendo todo el relleno, comence a armar dichas empanadas, las tapas de las mismas en esta ocacion no son caseras, son compradas, para horno como vemos las que agregue en este plato las mismas son de carne de res, para horno, las cuales una ves que se cocino un poco en la parte de abajo, las di vuelta para que se terminaran de cocinarse bien.

Por eso se cocinaron en el horno las mismas quedan de esta manera, tambien , dejandolas que se enfrien un poco para luego degustarlas.
