DOMINGO DE ASADO DE ALITAS DE POLLO Y BROCHETES DE CARNE DE CERDO-----SUNDAY ROAST OF CHICKEN WINGS AND PORK SKEWERS

Buenos dias a todos, para preparar el almuerzo de hoy domingo, se me hiso mucho mas facil por el solo hecho de que prepare brochetes de carne de res y de alitas de pollo, porque cosinandolos asi es mucho facil como se puede ver en la fotografia, para cocinarlos asi el fuego o sea la brasa no tiene que ser abundante, porque si nos dicha carne se pasa y se puede quemar o sea se cocina demasiado, pero asi a fuego medio sale todo muy bien y rico.

Como todo asado es conveniente acompañarlo con una ensalada como la que se ve, la cual contiene aguacate-palta y tomate, condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, luego la mesclamos muy bien y ya esta lista para degustar y acompañar la carne.

Siempre y en la medida que se pueda me agrada cocinar de todo, pero al hacerlo de esta manera esta carne es mucho mas comodo, porque lo unico que se hace una ves agrada la carne en la parrilla, es tomar del palito y darla vuelta para que se termine de cocinar.
