DEGUSTANDO ASADO DE DOMINGO-----TASTING SUNDAY ASADO

Buenos dias a todos, una ves mas es domingo, el dia en que se hace presente nuestros seres queridos, lo digo a nivel de la familia, porque es el unico dia en donde despues de trabajar toda la semana, siguiendo la rutina diaria, es por eso que hoy y con toda la tranquilidad que caracterisa a nosotros los seres humanos, lo mejor es compartir un rico asado acompañado con arroz y ensalada con lechuga.

Para cocinar la carne la cual se trata de la parte de falda, pero con el detalle de que la misma la hice cortar en bife no muy grueso y para cocinarlo, luego de haber prendido el fuego con carbon, una ves encendido agregue la parrilla y con poca bras lo cocine, saliendo bien cocinado y jugoso.

El arroz una ves cocinado, lo cosumimos frio, con la ensalada de lechuga y un poco de tomate, condimentado con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
