CHAMPIÑON, RIÑON Y ENSALADA DE LECHUGA Y TOMATE-----MUSHROOM, KIDNEY, AND LETTUCE AND TOMATO SALAD

Buenos dias a todos los que componen esta hermosa comunidad de HIVE, es bueno cambiar un poco el habito de cocinar, esta ves fue de mi agrado preparar para el almuerzo, una comida muy facil de prepararla, como lo es riñon, el cual una ves que lo tenemos lo lavamos bien y lo cortamos en trozos pequeños, para despues freirlos con un poco de cebolla y ajo, luego le agregue champiñones cortados, la verdad salio todo muy rico.

Tambien como es mi costumbre amigos acompañar esta exquisita comida con una ensalada de tomate y lechuga, esta ves condimentado con sal a gusto y jugo de limon.

Good morning to everyone in this beautiful HIVE community. It's good to change up the cooking routine a bit. This time, I enjoyed preparing a very easy meal for lunch, which was kidney. Once we had it, we washed it well and cut it into small pieces, then fried it with a bit of onion and garlic. After that, I added chopped mushrooms. Honestly, everything turned out very delicious.
