CARNE CON CALDO, MANDIOCA , ENSALADA DE TOMATE Y REPOLLO-----CHICKEN WITH BROTH, CASSAVA, TOMATO AND CABBAGE SALAD

Buenos dias a todos, es muy bueno recordar lo que hemos degustado, a veces todo eso nos lleva a repetir lo que seria la carne, como por ejemplo la carne de res, la verdad que es una de las carnes de mi agrado, por ser muy rica, tierna y facil de cocinar, segun de que manera la cocinamos, bueno en este caso para el almuerzo, se cocino como si fuera un caldo, con verduras y garbansos, luego para acompañar todo esto, lo hice con mandioca y una ensalada de tomate y repollo cortado muy fino, la cual una ves condimentada con aceite de oliva vinagre y sal a gusto, queda muy rica.

Como se sabe llego el viernes, ultimo dia de semana, asi que en el tema comida, es bueno degustar de todo un poco como en este caso, sabiendo y teniendo en cuenta, qure los dias domingos, son muy especiales, en donde el almuerzo es muy diferente.
