CARNE, CHORIZO, CEBOLLA, PAPA AL HORNO, CON HUEVO-----MEAT, SAUSAGE, ONION, BAKED POTATO, WITH EGG

Hola a todos, como bien sabemos no precisamente el asado tiene que ser cocinado con leños o carbón, también puede ser en el horno eléctrico o en el horno de la cocina, pero el detalle esta, que con dicha carne le agregamos, cebolla, papa y batata, pero en este caso le agregamos un huevo frito, que es para darle mas gusto al chorizo casero de carne de cerdo y carne de res, picaña, la cual en el horno es muy rica.

En mi caso lo mejor que es para mi, es comenzar con el huevo frito, que una de las cosas que mas me agrada, para degustar, también acompaño en dicho plato con un ají a la vinagreta.

De esta manera degustamos, este rico plato como dije, por supuesto no quedo nada.
