BROCHETES CON CARNE DE CERDO Y MANDIOCA-----SKEWERS WITH PORK AND CASSAVA
Buenos dias a todos, es bueno cuando el frio no nos deja, lo digo para poder degustar comidas las cuales tienen calorias, como por ejemplo los brochetes de carne de cerdo, cortada en trozos no muy grandes, luego se la condimenta bien y se las prepara en estos palillos de caña de bambu, bueno lo siguiente es cocinarlo en la parrilla como se ve en la fotografia. la verdad son muy ricos.
Para acompañar dichos brochetes con carne de cerdo y que es mejor que consumir pan, seria acompañrlos con mandioca hervida, la cual es facil de cocinarlas, se agrega una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, luego agua y dicha mandioca, cuando notamos que la misma esta blanda, le quitamos el agua y listo.
Bueno la verdad es una manera de compartir esta rica comida y en familia un domingo como hoy.
