BIFE DE CERDO CON BATATA HERVIDA-----PORK STEAK WITH BOILED SWEET POTATO

Buenos dias a todos, si bien es de mi agrado, en la medida que puedo es de degustar carne de cerdo, como por ejemplo cocinarlo en la sarten a la que le agrego unas gotas de aceite y a fuego lento, le agrego sal a gusto y cuando estan cocinados se los da vuelta, para que se terminen de cocinar los bifes antes mencionados, luego se le agrega condimentos a gusto de cada uno, tambien para acompañarlos se lo puede hace con una gran variedad de comidas, bueno en esta ocacion lo hice con batata hervida.

Para cocinar la batata, las mismas en esta ocacion luego de lavarlas muy bien y para que salgan con mas ricas, las deje con cascara y todo, asi que agregue una olla con agua en la hornalla de la cocina con las batatas adentro, luego de haber sido hervidas, se las quita del agua para asi de esa manera acompañar dichos bifes.

Bueno amigos la verdad que es un almuerzo muy rico, bueno lo digo en lo personal, mas cuando agregamos condimentos varios.
