BATATAS Y PAPAS FRITAS-----SWEET POTATOES AND FRENCH FRIES

Hola a todos, teniendo en cuenta que siempre en los fines de semana están los permitidos y vale todo, que a veces abusamos de eso, pero por ser lunes el primer día de la semana, tenemos que cambiar un poco ese habito y lo podemos hacer cuando nos proponemos, como por ejemplo de degustar batata y papas fritas las que preparamos de la siguiente manera, procedemos primero pelando las papas y las batatas, luego las cortamos en bastoncitos, para proceder luego a freírlas, una ves que están fritas, las colocamos en una fuente o volts, previo colocar servilletas de papel para que queden mas secas.

De esa forma prepare el almuerzo, solamente degustando la batata y las papas.
