ASADO CON ENSALADA-----Barbecue with salad

Buenos dias a todos los componentes de esta gran plataforma social, como es mi costumbre siempre mencionarla, porque la verdad que con todo nuestro esfuerzo en efectuar las publicaciones lo llamaria una rutina de todos los dias en la medida que se pueda, en este post por el solo hecho de compartir el asado con la familia, para el almuerzo, con la diferencia de que este domingo somos pocos, entonces se reduce bastante la cantidad de carne a la parrilla, pero lo importante es estar y compartir.

Referente a la ensalada la cual es para acompañar dicha carne, siendo la mismacostilla de carne de cerdo, la misma se preparase prepara, como bien lo dije, la misma contiene papa, huevo, aguacate o palta y tomate, condimentada con sal a gusto y aceite de oliva, una ves bien mesclada ya esta lista para acompañar el asado.

Como bien les comente amigos que para esta ocacion al ser poco el asado, por la cantidad de comenzales, mi esposa, yo y mi hija, entonces el mismo se hace mas rapido jajaja, pero como de costumbre sale de por cierto muy rico.

Good morning to everyone on this great social platform—as is my custom, I always mention it, because honestly, with all our effort in making posts, I’d call it a daily routine whenever possible. In this post, it’s simply about sharing a barbecue with the family for lunch; the only difference is that this Sunday there are fewer of us, so the amount of meat on the grill is much smaller, but what matters is being together and sharing.

Regarding the salad, which is meant to accompany the meat—specifically pork ribs—it is prepared, as I mentioned, with potatoes, egg, avocado, and tomato, seasoned with salt to taste and olive oil. Once well mixed, it’s ready to serve alongside the barbecue.

As I mentioned, friends, since it’s just a small barbecue this time—with only my wife, my daughter, and me—it’s going to be quick, haha, but as always, it’ll turn out really delicious.
