A brief Introduction About Myself/ Today's Lunch Afang Soup Precisely

My name is Ekomobong Monday Solomon, from Ukanafun Local Government Area Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. And am new in this platform my user name here is @pretty2001.
My hobbies include writing, cooking etc. I love cooking because food plays a vital role in many cultures, cooking gives me the chance to connect with others also help me learn and explore flavors and technique. Also cooking leads to eating, food is essential in human life.

SO TODAY I PREPARE AFANG SOUP FOR LUNCH
First I went to the market to buy all the ingredients I will use to prepare my delicious afang soup.
Afang soup is one of our native soup in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
Afang soup is one of my favorite soup and I love eating afang soup.
MY INGREDIENTS:
Granded afang
Water leaf
Goat meat, cow skin meat, stockfish, and periwinkles
Crayfish
Fresh pepper
Maggi cube
Salt
Red oil
 into my wash and rinse pot, then season it with chop onions, maggi cube, pepper, and salt.
After that I wash my water leaf thoroughly with water, then slice it Into tiny pieces, then wash it again.
I also grind my crayfish and pepper.
Then I add my sliced water leaf into my pot of seasoning chewables stir it , then add red oil and allow it for some seconds.
Note: I make sure that my seasoning stock will be enough to cook my soup because I don't like it watery.
Then after some seconds I add my maggi, and salt, stir it then also add my crayfish and pepper stir it then I allow it for some seconds.
After some seconds I add up my granded afang together with another red oil to give me the freshness look stir it.
And my delicious afang soup is ready.
