Salade de fruits de Printemps
Salut à tous;
il faudra encore patienter quelques semaines pour pouvoir refaire ces salades de fruits avec des mûres, des framboises, de la pêche et de l'ananas.
Je ne rajoute jamais de sucre, juste un jus de citron et on peut aussi rajouter du gingembre râpé, de la cannelle, voir même du 4 épices mais avec parcimonie.
Une ou deux heures au réfrigérateur avec un film alimentaire et c'est prêt à servir.
