Quenelles à l'ancienne

Salut à tous, des quenelles comme ma grand mère les faisaient.

Des quenelles nature, du blanc de poulet coupé en dés; des olives noires, et de la béchamel un peu liquide et du fromage râpé.

Poser les quenelles dans un plat, répartir le blanc de poulet cru, les olives et recouvrir généreusement de béchamel liquide.

Mettre du fromage râpé sur le dessus et au four pendant 35 minutes environ.
