Pavé de cabillaud au chorizo
Salut à tous, un plat tout simple avec du cabillaud et du chorizo.
Couper en deux pavés le poisson et le fendre au milieu pour l'ouvrir comme un livre. Garnir de tranches de chorizo.
Mettre dans un plat allant au four et napper d'huile d'olive.
Mettre à cuire dans un four chaud entre 10 et 12 minutes.
Pendant ce temps j'avais un reste de wok de légumes juste passé à la poêle. J'ai aussi fait revenir des amandes concassées dans de l'huile d'olive avec du curcuma.
Mettre un peu d'huile et d'amandes sur le poisson au moment de servir, accompagnez de quelques tomates cerise et vous avez un plat au top.
