Parmentier de confit de canard
Salut à tous,
un hachis parmentier avec les restes cuisses de canard confit au chou.
Il suffit de rajouter quelques pommes de terre juste cuites à l'eau et écrasées à la fourchette.
Pendant la cuisson je prépare les cuisses en enlevant la peau et les os et en effilochant la viande grossièrement. Je la mélange ensuite au reste de chou cuit.
Quand les pommes de terre sont cuites je rajoute les 3/4 dans la préparation et je met dans un plat à gratin.
Je réparti le reste d'écrasé de pommes de terre et je met au four pendant 30 minutes.
