Pain fougasse

Salut à tous, du pain façon fougasse très aromatique.

De la pâte à pain classique avec de l'huile d'olive en plus. Je rajoute des olives, des herbes de Provence et des graines de fenouil.

Une fois façonné je le laisse reposer une bonne heure, je fais quelques incisions et badigeonne d'huile d'olive.

Cuisson au four une vingtaine de minutes.

C'est tellement bon que je le mange tel quel.
