Salut à tous, rien de plus simple qu'une queue de langouste cuite au four.
Il faut un grand couteau pour la fendre en deux. Quelques morceaux de beurre et au four
Ce genre de produit ne doit pas être trop cuit, une dizaine de minutes mais cela dépend de la taille de votre langouste.
A manger chaud ou froid.
