Feuilleté à l'agneau
Salut à tous, pour changer un peu un feuilleté à la viande d'agneau.
2 carrés de pâte feuilletée, du collier d'agneau, de l'ail et un bouquet de coriandre.
Hacher la viande au mixeur ou au couteau mais des morceaux assez fins.
Hacher grossièrement ail et coriandre.
Mélanger le tout et mettre un petit tas sur un carré de pâte feuilletée.
Refermer en scellant bien les bords et faire cuire une trentaine de minutes dans un four chaud.
A manger chaud avec de la salade.
