Féroce d'avocats
Salut à tous, une purée d'avocats avec de la morue et pour accompagner des bananes plantains frites.
De la morue cuite, de la semoule de manioc, de l'échalotte, du citron vert, de l'avocat et du piment oiseau.
Ecraser l'avocat, ajouter la morue triée et émiettée, la farine de manioc, l'échalotte hachée, le jus de citron et un peu de piment.
Bien mélanger le tout et laisser reposer au réfrigérateur quelques heures.
Pour accompagner j'ai fais frire des bananes plantains, et c'est vraiment très bon.
