Crêpes aux pommes

Salut à tous, des crêpes garnies de pommes sautées au beurre.

Je rajoute des amandes torréfiées et des raisins secs.

J'utilise des pommes bio et je garde la peau.

Faire revenir les pommes coupées dans du beurre et un peu de sucre et laisser caraméliser.

Ajouter les amandes et les raisins.

Plier les crêpes en deux, garnir une moitié et rabattre l'autre extrémité.
