Choux de Bruxelles aux lardons
Salut à tous, des choux de Bruxelles frais cuisinés avec des oignons et des lardons.
Il suffit de couper le pied et d'enlever les premières feuilles avant de les laver.
Je met à cuire oignons, lardons et les choux crus. Une fois revenus je rajoute un tout petit peu d'eau et je laisse mijoter tranquillement.
Je les préfère un peu croquants mais laisser cuire selon vos goûts.
