Choux de Bruxelles à la crème
Salut à tous, j'adore les choux de Bruxelles et pour changer un peu je les ai préparer à la crème.
Il faut juste des choux, de la crème et des lardons.
Faire cuire les choux à l'eau bouillante salée, les garder un peu croquant.
Faire revenir les lardons et mettre la crème. Laisser réduire et ajouter les choux.
Laisser réduire à nouveau et c'est prêt.
