Cabillaud au curcuma
Salut à tous, un pavé de cabillaud juste cuit au four avec du curcuma.
Mettre les pavés dans un plat, les saupoudrer de curcuma et mettre des morceaux de beurre.
Cuire 10 minutes dans un four bien chaud et c'et prêt.
Sur un lit de salade frisée avec quelques noix de cajou.
Simple et équilibré, tellement mieux que les produits industriels.
