Salut à tous un burger fait maison, même le pain que j'ai fais avec de la farine de maïs.

Comme sauce j'ai mixé du radis noir avec un peu de mascarpone, un goût assez relevé et c'est plus sain que les sauces industrielles.

Je ne suis pas encore un pro pour les pains, peut être un peu trop de farine de maïs, mais c'était pas mal quand même.

Toujours impressionné par tes recettes... tu fais même le petit pain du burger. Généralement je vais les acheter à la boulangerie. Je suis fainéant 😀
