Burger de ravioles

Salut à tous, un burger original avec des revioles de Romans à la place du pain.

Des plaques de ravioles, un steak haché, salade, tomate, oignon sont nécessaires.

Séparer les plaques délicatement et les mettre à cuire en gardant la feuille de papier sinon vous allez les massacrer, c'est très fragile.

Cuire à four chaud une dizaine de minutes, surveillez la cuisson, elles doivent être dorées mais pas plus.

Dans le même temps vous avez préparé votre garniture et mis le steak à cuire.

Une fois sorti du four, les plaques se tiennent, enlever la feuiller et couper les plaques en deux.

Superposer vos plaques et monter votre hamburger.
